I have  18+ years industry experience gained with an extensive mix of  global brands and retailers  from start-up  to established  leading global brands.

 I'm passionate  about design and leading in the  creation and translation of concepts for  multi product  lifestyle collections  for  all genders. 

 Focused on creating innovative and inclusive product through continued research  exploring  lifestyles, cultural insights, macro  trends and  innovation.

I attract, hire, develop and coach  design teams, providing  guidance  with a focus on brand strategy and consumer experience in mind.
